At Zeor, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product meets our quality standards. However, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return & Refund
Returns and refunds will only be processed if:
- The product received is defective or faulty, OR
- The wrong product was delivered
Return Timeframe
- Customers must submit a return claim within 7 days of receiving the product
- Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Clear evidence (such as photos/videos) of the issue may be requested

Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where applicable)
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
