Returns and refunds will only be processed if:

  • The product received is defective or faulty, OR
  • The wrong product was delivered

Return Timeframe

  • Customers must submit a return claim within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
